Thedifference is night and day. I imagine the difference between a Reflex 250 and a Burgman 400 is ALSO night and day. I can't imagine you'll have any regrets. But I would encourage you to consider a TMAX 500. A
Whynot add the Skywave/Burgman 400 (SWing, burgman 400/650 Exec, majesty 250/400, MP3, X8) before settling for a SWing 400, its not the best in every aspects but summing up the pluses, minuses and feel factor, decided on it. these are some things i considered

Im looking at a 2013 Burgman 400 ABS with less than 3000 miles at a price difference of roughly $ 3500-4000 US below a 2022 model I'd need to order and wait for. My main concerns are major mechanical/reliability differences and readily available parts for a, soon to be,10-year-old bike.
